CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING:

     This page is very much under construction, folks.  We're still working out the Children's Programming.  We are absolutely certain that we will be providing some excellent programming for the younger attendees.  It's just way too early to give you an idea of what that is going to be, so we urge you to check back with us.

     We want M.O.O.N. CON  to be a family friendly event, as well.  We want everyone to be able to attend, and everyone that attends to have an enjoyable time.  There are a lot of activities planned that would be a little more than some of the younger beings among us could take.  So, we have to devise some wonderful experiences on their level.  For some of us, that isn't as easy as it used to be, as we get farther and farther away from that age classification, ourselves.  Not to worry, though.  We're finding some things that are most excellent.

     At the same time, we want to remind everyone that we are not providing a baby-sitter or day-care service.  If that's what you require, you'll have to make your own arrangements.  You know?  Bring along the Nanny, or book a sitter or day-care here locally, in advance.  Anyone that expects to bring their young ones along, and just dropped them off with, or dump them on us, will be in for a rude awakening.  If you think enough of them to bring them along with you, then think enough of them to give them the care and attention they need.  Don't expect others to do it for you.  Plan your adventure, not so much around them, and more WITH them.  Of course we'll have activities geared for the little ones, and the big ones will not enjoy them, so....we fully expect there will be times when our volunteer staff will be one-on-one-ing (or one-on-twelve-ing), because there are events that the big people want to go enjoy, but the little ones would be out of place.  By the same token, we fully expect to see the little ones tagging along with you, periodically, throughout the convention.
