REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
This is the information that you have been waiting for. How do you register for the Con? How much does it cost? And, what do I get for my money? Well, we're going to try to answer all those questions here. If we miss anything, please contact us (you'll find our contact information elsewhere on this site).
Registration is fairly economical, and pretty easy. Basically, to pre-register for the entire weekend, the rate is $30.00 (U. S. Dollars, only, please). For children 12 years of age and under, the pre-registration package for the weekend is only $15.00. Also, childrend 6 years and younger are admitted free. However, it is imperative that child registrations be accompanied by at least one adult registration (pre-registration, or at the door). When you pre-register, be sure to include at least a head count of children 6 and under who will be accompanying you. This pre-registration package includes all three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (July 25, 26, and 27, 2008).
Pre-Registration for a group of ten adults, or more, for the entire weekend is only $25 per person. This special group discount is not available at the door, nor is it available on the children's Pre-Registration.
Pre-registration for Satuday only is $15 for adults (anyone 12 and over), and $7.50 for those 6 to 12. Friday, or Sunday only are $7.50 each, with 6 -12 year olds at half price. Any two day combination pre-registration fee is equal to a total of adding the two one-day fees together (Fri plus Saturday, or Saturday plus Sunday).
The final deadline for pre-registration is June 30, 2008. No pre-registrations will be accepted after that date.
When pre-registering please include your reservations for the Friday Night Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre Banquet (there is appropriate space on the registration form to enter your reservation information). Reservations for this dinner are only available by pre-registration. One note, if you are not sure about pre-registering for the Con, but you do know how many dinner reservations you will need, you are permitted to submit the pre-registration form with ONLY the dinner reservation information and reservation fee included. You may then register at the door for the Con.
There will be no refunds of pre-registration fees or dinner reservation fees provided after the June 30, 2008 pre-registration deadline, FOR ANY REASON.
At the door registration for the Con is $35 for the weekend for those 12 years of age and over, $18 for the weekend for those 6 to 12 years of age. One day at the door registrations are $18 for 12 and up for Saturday only, and $9 for 6 to 12's. Friday or Sunday only registrations at the door are $9 for 12 and older, $5 for 6 to 12. Again, two day registrations are a combination of the two one-day registration fees.
At the time of this writing, we do not have the capability to accept online registrations. To pre-register you will need to contact us to request a registration form. You may contact us either by e-mail, U. S. Postal service, or via telephone. Please, specify whether you wish to have the form(s) e-mailed, or snail mailed to you, at the time of your request. Please, check back at this website periodically, as we hope to have the capability to accept online registration applications established soon.
Also, at this time, we do not have the capability to process Credit Cards, or Debit Card transactions, either online, or in person. All fees to the Con will need to be paid by Check, Money Order, or Cash. Again, NO CREDIT CARDS, NO DEBIT CARDS, NO FOOD STAMPS, NO VOUCHERS. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
DINNER RESERVATIONS:
The Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre will be on Friday night, July 25, 2008. Seats for this dinner are available by advance reservation, ONLY!!
To reserve your seat at our Murder Mystery Theatre Dinner Banquet please fill out the appropriate section on the Registration Form, and include Dinner Reservation fees with your Registration fees when you send it in. A reminder that the Dinner is ONLY available with Pre-Registration. After the June 30th (2008) Pre-Registration deadline you can not get tickets to the Dinner. No one will be seated for this dinner without an advance reservation. Please, keep this in mind.
The cost of this dinner is going to be $20.00 per person, regardless of age, or size. There will be no group discounts for this, as we have already discounted this rate as low as possible.
